These Modern Patterns are now available in the following formats: ANS, BQM. CQP, DXF, HQF, IQP, PAT, PLT, QLI, SSD, TXT All formats are included in the zip file. Please save the one suited to your machine and discard the others.
Modern Clams, Cubes, Eccentric, and Geometry should be set up as Edge to Edge or Repeat Patterns.
Modern Curves, Dew Drops, Lines, and Serpentine are drawn to quilt across the full width of the quilt. These patterns have an original and a revised version included in the zip file for that pattern.
The original should be set up with one pattern to fit the full width of the quilt. It will quilt across the quilt and back again without stopping, making it fast and easy to use.
If quilting Right to Left on your machine causes thread breaks, please use the revised version, which will stitch every line from Left to Right. Be aware that this version has long jump stitches to bring the machine head back to the Left to start again each time. Please set your machine to stop at each jump stitch to allow you to cut the thread before continuing.
Modern Clamshells Clamshells should be set up in alternating rows and nested to align the pattern with the row above.
Modern Cubes Set up in repeats and rows.
Modern Curves Approx 20" x 80". Use one pattern across full width of quilt.
Place one pattern across the full width of the quilt, or run it top to bottom.
Modern Curves 2 Approx 14" x 110" Modern Curves 2 is a larger, denser version of Modern Curves, above.

Modern Eccentric Modern Eccentric is a dense and deeply nested pattern, with beautiful texture and movement. Set up in repeat patterns and rows. At 17" High, the lines will be only 3/4" apart.
Modern Eccentric 2 is a less dense version of Modern Eccentric. At 16" H, lines will be 1 1/2" - 2" apart. Set up in repeat patterns and rows.
Modern Geometry Set up in repeat patterns and rows.
Modern Lines Place one pattern across the full width of the quilt.
Modern Serpentine looks great across the quilt, or running top top bottom.
Modern Serpentine Modern Serpentine is very dense and must be deeply nested to achieve the dimensional quality seen here. To make adjustments in the density, enlarge the pattern and then use Fill to crop off what is not needed.
Modern Serpentine 2 Modern Serpentine 2 is a more open version of Serpentine, above. Size the pattern to fit the full width of the quilt.
