Digital Patterns for computerized longarm machines.
Links below will take you to gallery pages with pictures of patterns and finished samples. These pictures are not clickable order links. Please go to the bottom of the gallery page to find a link to each store page.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your files embedded in the message. The zipped file will include both QLI and DXF formats. These formats work in most computerized machines. Click on the file name and save to the desired location.
Please be sure to save your patterns in more than one place or have a secure back-up in case of computer failure. If your pattern files are lost, you will need to be able to access copies in another system and copy them to your new computer.
If you miss a download or somehow lose track of a current order, we are happy to resend those patterns to you.
Update on Modern Curves patterns in Creative Studio 7.3
For those of you having problems using Modern Curves in v7.3, here is what I know and a workaround for it:
As you know, the pattern works fine in 7.1 and 7.2, so this is not a problem with the pattern itself. It appears that something in the upgrade to 7.3 has caused one stitching line to be corrupted, flattened out. There are 2 solutions you can try to get this pattern back into working order.
1. Delete all existing copies of the pattern from CS and your Cloud account, if you have one. Find the original download or copy of Modern Curves in your local files and reinstall it directly into 7.3. Testing on several different machines has shown this will work as expected. If you do not know how to delete all patterns, please refer to Gammill's directions on that.
2. If you do not want to remove existing patterns, in the hope that the problem will be resolved, you can leave them in your account and add a different version of Modern Curves, which CS will accept as new.
If you do not have a saved copy of the original pattern, you will also need to purchase a new pattern and install it directly. I am truly sorry and apologize for the need to buy again, but it seems unrealistic that I can spend the time to answer emails and replace the number of Modern Curves patterns for everyone involved.
I know how much you and your customers love this pattern. I appreciate your patience and the time several others have given to try to find a solution to this problem. I have written to Matt Sherman and he is looking into the cause, so hopefully, it will not happen in the future.
